Group Health & Safety Pledge
MSK and Lesterose is totally committed to achieving the highest levels of H&S provision throughout all areas of the Group. There are statements of intent available that promote health, safety and welfare measures as a mutual objective for management and employees at all levels throughout the organisation’s diverse operations.
In addition to the statements of intent on this crucial issue, in accordance with its duty under Section 2(3) of the Health & Safety at Work Act 1974, and in order to fulfil its obligations to its employees and members of the public, the Group’s directors have also issued a statement of policy relating directly to Health & Safety.
It is the group’s specific aim to work towards achieving a working environment that is free of work-related accidents and ill-health and this is regarded very much as an ongoing process which is reviewed year on year.
All employees are encouraged to actively participate in working towards these goals. The group has placed an enormous amount of resources into the provision of H&S management. Ensuring compliance with all legislative requirements, the group employs full time dedicated NEBOSH qualified H&S Managers who actively maintain and achieve the excellent H&S record that the group is extremely proud of. We are continually striving to raise the standards of H&S and pro actively contribute to a reduction in on-site accidents across the industry through the introduction of tighter safety initiatives.

Group Environmental Management & Policy
With the ever increasing demand for businesses to become more aware of their environmental policies, the group has developed an environmental management system in accordance with the international standard ISO14001:2004. MSK in particular is audited both internally and externally by The United Kingdom Accreditation Service (UKAS).
Our senior management have defined an overall environmental policy which is appropriate to the nature and scale of our activities, products and services. Furthermore, we assure our stakeholders that we will continue to meet our environmental management system commitments and corporate policy requirements.
