MSK is totally committed to achieving the highest levels of H&S provision throughout all areas of the Group and has a top level responsibility to drive a positive Health & Safety culture across the business in which safe working becomes second nature to everyone.

The group operates statements of intent that promote health, safety and welfare measures as a mutual objective for management and employees at all levels throughout the organisation’s diverse operations. It is the group’s specific aim to work towards achieving a working environment that is free of work-related accidents and ill-health, this is regarded as an ongoing process which is reviewed year on year.

All employees are encouraged to actively participate in working towards these goals. The group has placed an enormous amount of resources into the provision of H&S management. Ensuring compliance with all legislative requirements, the group employs full time dedicated NEBOSH qualified H&S Managers who actively maintain and achieve the excellent H&S record that the group is extremely proud of.
